- delete .github/dependabot.yml: no more automated dependency PRs (GitHub-side Dependabot alerts were already disabled) - delete dep-docs-sync.yml: only served dependabot branches; scripts/sync_dependency_docs.py stays as the manual-bump helper - close PR #28 (anthropic_sdk_dart 4->8) and drop its branch - update REPO_HYGIENE.md / RELEASE_CHECKLIST.md / BASELINE.md to the manual dependency-upgrade workflow
