Quantum cost is STILL not being calculated correctly for all cases. In many instances, the algorithm blows it completely out of proportion, and in other cases, it's lowballed entirely. There are massive discrepancies in our calculations and those provided by RevLib. I suspect it has a lot to do with garbage outputs and how those factor into the equation, although I'm not sure at all how to fix it.
