   ✅ Issue #5 Completed: Version & Compatibility Context

   Successfully implemented dependency version management and compatibility checking system.

   What was implemented:

   1. DependencyService - Core service for dependency management

      • Parses npm (package.json), Python (requirements.txt), Go (go.mod) dependencies
      • Built-in database of deprecated APIs for React, Express, Node.js
      • Version compatibility checking with conflict detection
      • Smart deprecation detection with file/line reporting

   2. DependencyHandler - MCP tool handler

      • 4 new MCP tools: dependency-analyze, dependency-check, dependency-version, dependency-suggest
      • Rich feedback with suggestions and warnings
      • Grouped reporting by severity and environment

   3. ImplementationValidator Integration

      • Dependency checking integrated into validation pipeline
      • Priority: Danger zones → Environment → Dependencies → Mocks → Unused
      • Critical deprecations (APIs that will be removed) flagged as blockers

   Key Features:

   • Multi-package manager support (npm, pip, go)
   • Deprecated API detection with regex patterns
   • Version conflict detection
   • Proactive warnings before code completion
   • Detailed suggestions for replacements

   Validation Priority System:

   1. 🚨 Danger Zones (highest - user protection)
   2. ⚠️ Environment Compatibility (runtime constraints)
   3. 📦 Dependency Issues (deprecated APIs)
   4. 🔍 Mock/Scaffold Detection
   5. 🧹 Unused Code

   This completes the third Knowledge Layer feature, giving AI full awareness of:

   • Protected code regions (Issue [Knowledge Layer] Danger Zone Marking - Protected Code Regions #3) ✅
   • Environment-specific constraints (Issue [Knowledge Layer] Environment Context - Runtime Constraints Awareness #4) ✅
   • Dependency versions and deprecated APIs (Issue [Knowledge Layer] Version & Compatibility Context #5) ✅
