Some third-party public APIs periodically update their CORS headers or change default HTTP to HTTPS redirects, which can cause client-side fetch() requests from browser applications to fail. We should review all 15 entries in shelf/apis.json to confirm CORS header Access-Control-Allow-Origin: * remains active.
