Add clustering algo to Antenna #774

Implementation proposal for the v1 MVP:

• Create a custom action on collections for clustering (no config for v1) - First in Django admin only
• Create a job & runs background task for clustering (new DetectionClusteringJob class)
• Create new Taxa for each cluster -
  • new field: unknown_species=True,
  • new table: TaxonFeatures(algorithm, features),
  • or start with two field on Taxon "cluster_center_features", "cluster_center_features_algorithm",
• Create Classification for each Detection (score = 1)
• Occurrence determination will get updated automatically
• Add a new model: ClusteringAlgorithm?
  • type: kmeans
  • config: {}
  • jobs: [Job]
  • taxa: [Taxon]
    *** OR use existing Algorithm model**
  • new relationship Taxon ↔ CategoryMap ??
