Helpdesk 1.31 keeps internal notes as core Comments, so the importer, the
MCP server and the custom fields now use Comment instead of HD Ticket Comment.

Importer:

  • Open tickets are assigned again (assign_to.add has no ignore_permissions)
  • A top-up with since brings already imported tickets up to date
  • Articles from restricted Freshdesk folders stay drafts
  • Email queued during the import is removed before the site is unmuted
  • Assignment rule cache is cleared when rules are paused and restored
  • Ticket numbers are reserved before the import; the sample ticket goes
  • Lookup caches are reset after a rolled-back ticket
  • Opening-message attachments come from the single-ticket view
  • Agent replies show the agent, not the shared mailbox

Discord: the job argument was swallowed by frappe.enqueue's own event
parameter, so no alert was ever posted. Renamed to kind, with a test.

MCP: read tickets through Helpdesk's get_one (plain agents could not read
email messages), send replies to the customer, clearer 401/403 errors.

Ask Flux AI: the bot gets the subject and opening message, not only the
latest reply, and "not covered" answers no longer list unrelated sources.

Deploy:

  • App containers wait for migrate; migrate no longer loops or deletes a site
  • Scheduler is enabled (new sites start with it off)
  • Redis Stack for the cache, needed by article search
  • Shared NLTK data volume
  • Backups run on start and keep 14 days
  • Real client IPs reach the rate limiter
  • Exact image tags

Docs: cutover order, mailbox first-sync trap, restore with encryption key.
