A booking is currently identified by its start time and end time. These are functional times referenced by code.
A new field, Meeting Time, should be an additional field on every booking, session, and occurrence. It should display prominently on index cards in my-rooms, be included in emails, and be overridable per session/occurrence.
It should be referenced by the Slack automation that informs committees of their times. Rather than stating the start and end time of the meeting, it should only display the meeting time (although it can still be colloquially called the "Start Time", both in Slack and on My Rooms).
