The updated go-trust WRPAC profile no longer enforces a keyUsage constraint. ETSI TS 119 411-8 specifies no keyUsage bit for relying party access certificates. Tests still expected a certificate without nonRepudiation (contentCommitment) to be rejected, so they failed after the dependency upgrade. - Remove the "keyUsage without contentCommitment" violation case. - Break the issuer/verifier shared-rule fixture by omitting the policy OID instead of clearing keyUsage. - Update AccessCertificate/IssuerAccessCertificate field docs and regenerate docs/CONFIGURATION.md.
