Update vctm_microcredential.json to match the WE BUILD Micro-credential Rulebook v1.0 (sections 4.1-4.3, 5.1.1-5.1.3) and the upstream microcredentials-sd-jwt.json schema: - vct: https://webuildconsortium.eu/credentials/microcredential/1.0 - cnf is now mandatory - awardingBody is an object (legalName required, legalIdentifier optional) - learningOutcomes is an array of {title, description} - notionalWorkload replaced by ECTS / volumeOfLearning (mutually exclusive) - typeOfAssessment is an array of EU vocabulary URIs - drop the section 3.3 optional claims that the 1.0 SD-JWT encoding comments out, keeping learningActivityType, dateOfBirth and mail Keep pkg/model/testdata/vctm_microcredential.json in sync, update gen_bootstrap to emit the new shapes and regenerate bootstrapping/microcredential.json. Trim the fly demo/dev verifier Micro-credential preset exclude_claims to the claims that still exist.
