Postgres RLS now enforces tenant isolation on every organization-keyed table in production (SaaSy-Solutions/mockforge#1087, rolled out 2026-09-30). Move it from the roadmap to the in-place list and describe it accurately.

RLS enforces tenant isolation on all 36 organization-keyed tables in production since 2026-09-30 23:00 UTC (SaaSy-Solutions/mockforge#1087). Moves it from 'On the roadmap' to 'In place today' and updates the Tenant isolation card and at-a-glance line. Build + internal link check pass.
