Marcin Sakowski

SYSTEMS • AUTOMATION • SELF-HOSTED • PROPERTY

I build practical systems around real problems — software,
automation and self-hosted infrastructure, with a long-term focus on UK property.

What I build

  • 🏠 Property tools — deal analysis that gives an honest "no" when the numbers don't work.
  • 🤖 AI & Automation — AI workflows, agents, n8n and business automation.
  • 🖥 Self-Hosted Infrastructure — TrueNAS, Docker, Cloudflare, security and monitoring.
  • 🛠 Practical Tools — software built to solve real problems, not to demo well.

🔨 Currently building

  • sako-brain — SAKO Brain — Structured Augmented Knowledge Orchestrator. Open-source, local-first knowledge system for organizing projects, decisions, context and AI-assisted workflows. Markdown is the source of truth.

🌱 Latest projects
