I'm a third-year Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering student at PICT, Pune, and a Software Engineer Intern at MindstriX Technologies LLP (remote, since March 2026), where I work on LLM integration, API development and AI R&D.

I like building things that combine software, hardware and machine learning: a pothole-detection rig that fuses YOLOv8 with two ESP32s, a traffic signal that reacts to live vehicle density, an AI governance layer for agricultural insurance claims. Most of what I know I learned by building, breaking and debugging real systems.

Android banking malware sandbox and threat intelligence platform

Fake banking apps copy the real one's look, ask for the same PIN and drain the account within minutes. A fresh build usually gets 0 detections on VirusTotal. Sudarshan takes a suspicious APK, decompiles it, runs it in a Frida-instrumented Android sandbox, captures the C2 servers it talks to, checks everything against threat intel feeds and gives it a deterministic 0–100 risk score. A Gemini assistant then answers analyst questions using only the evidence from that case.

Architecture & Engineering Breakdown

Component	Technical Implementation
Decompile & Repair	Deconstructs APK binaries via Androguard, APKTool and JADX. Detects and fixes deliberately malformed ZIP and AndroidManifest headers that malware authors use to crash standard reverse engineering tools.
Dynamic Frida Sandbox	Runs suspicious samples inside an isolated Android runtime with live Frida hooks on Accessibility Services, overlay APIs (`SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW`) and SMS broadcast receivers. A UI exploration agent clicks through prompts and gets past anti-emulation sleep tricks.
Threat Attribution & C2 Extraction	A `mitmproxy` sidecar captures C2 domains, IPs and beacons. Indicators are cross-referenced against AlienVault OTX, AbuseIPDB and VirusTotal and mapped to MITRE ATT&CK techniques.
Deterministic Scoring	The Banking Fraud & Cyber Threat Index (BFCI, `bfci_scorer.py`) uses fixed rules, so every score is auditable and reproducible to the decimal.
AI Evidence Assistant	Built on one rule: "The Engine Decides, The AI Explains." The Gemini RAG assistant cites verified case artifacts and has no way to change the risk score.
