List Shopify as the gem author with the ruby@shopify.com contact address. Set allowed_push_host so that the gem can only be pushed to RubyGems.org.

Motivation
The gemspec lists two individual authors and their personal Shopify email addresses. Shopify maintains the gem, so the gem metadata must show Shopify as the owner. The gemspec also does not limit the host that the gem can be pushed to.
Changes
