Motivation
Prepare the 1.1.0 release. The last published version is 1.0.0. Version 1.0.1 was never released, so its changes ship in 1.1.0.
This is a minor version bump, but 1.1.0 requires Ruby 3.3 or later (#107).

v1.1.0tag for the merge commit onmain. TheReleaseworkflow then publishes the gem and creates the GitHub release.
