…flow tools

- Every workflow save moves the stream replay baseline, so a page load no longer
replays edits that were saved or reverted (ghost nodes in the editor)
- Every save clears the agent's draft (now 30 min, was 1800 min), so the agent
never edits a stale copy and overwrites newer saves
- Follow-ups tell the agent when the workflow changed outside the chat (revert,
manual edits), so it re-reads it instead of answering from memory
- delete_node on a missing node is an error instead of a silent success
- Workflow revisions are written synchronously, and a new workflow gets its first
revision, so revert always has a version to go back to
- Light run search (agent chat history): one query, no EXECUTING refresh, only
what the list shows; ~2s instead of ~25s
- Agent tools for runs, revisions, compare and revert, plus workflow validation
- revert_workflow saves through runWorkflowBuilderRequest, like every other
builder write, instead of building its own request
- Tool names come from the builder app constants; editDistance replaces a
  second edit distance implementation
- "Changed outside the chat" uses diffAgentWorkflows instead of its own
fingerprint, and is recorded once per edit
- Builder templates and the session's workflow are read through
  isWorkflowBuilderTemplate and getAgentSessionWorkflowID everywhere
- Run loading, run search and run ownership checks are shared helpers
- Delays on in-process actions are dropped in one place, where they're run
