Builds on the internal integrations reconcile. After reconcile, the org main connection of each declared internal integration that already existed, and whose stored endpoint equals the declared one, is refreshed once per deployed Executor version.

  • Version id comes from the CF_VERSION_METADATA binding (version_metadata in wrangler.jsonc). The last refreshed id is stored in BLOBS under internal-integrations/refreshed-version, written only after the refreshes ran.
  • Missing binding, missing BLOBS or an R2 error: refresh anyway, log a warning, never fail boot.
  • Integrations with a different stored endpoint are never refreshed. A newly created integration is refreshed once, as before.

… once per deployed version

After reconcile, refresh the org main connection of each declared internal
integration that already existed and whose stored endpoint equals the declared
one. The last refreshed Worker version id is kept in the BLOBS bucket and only
written after the refreshes ran. A missing binding or an R2 error refreshes
anyway and never fails boot.
…nal integration failed

A refresh that cannot reach its server succeeds but records a tool sync failure
on the connection, so that now counts as failed. The version id is written only
when every entry succeeded, so a binding that was down at boot is retried on
the next boot.
