Web source attribution now works at $0 with no API keys required.

  • DuckDuckGo lite endpoint is the default fallback: free, unlimited, zero configuration; the provenance panel always shows live web attribution results.
  • Google Custom Search (GOOGLE_CSE_API_KEY + GOOGLE_CSE_ID) becomes the primary provider when configured (free tier: 100 queries/day — generous headroom).
  • Brave remains a supported optional provider for backwards compatibility.

Also adds a web_provider field to the ProvenanceModuleResult schema, the sync/async pcv_details payloads, the history replay payload, and the frontend panel (provider badge + updated messaging). Tests: 26/26 passing.
