Arduino 2.3.8 latest version of library is 2.6.10

I see that 2.6.11 library is here but marked as "Interim release". Also read about v2.6.12 of megaTinyCore but cannot find it anywhere.

I am having problem with OneWire 2.3.8 (cannot read any iButtons) on ATtiny3224 pin 2 (PA4) and hoping the problem has been solved.

Any suggestions, hint for getting 2.6.11 visible and installed in Arduino 2.3.8?

And the (re)release of 2.6.12?

Have fixed the 1st problem, used an incorrect/outdated boards manager URL.

The question around the "interim" comment and missing 3.6.12 remain.
