当前依赖升级不具备合并条件。实际 CI 39038362438 在所有 native build 路径产生 E0599/E0624：cap-fs-ext 4 与现用 cap-std 3 的扩展 trait/type 不匹配，open_dir_nofollow 不存在，OpenOptions.follow 仍私有。需要同步 cap-std 家族并验证 no-follow/metadata/atomic publication 等安全契约，而非仅改一个依赖版本。此次清理保留 open，不把编译失败当无关 CI 或直接强合。
