Summary

• Release the joint fix for MS SQL dialect uses TOP(100) not LIMIT(100) #26 from plugin PRs fix: preserve explicit TOP and OFFSET/FETCH limits #30/feat: driver-owned SQL Server query templates #31 and Tabularis PR #818.
• Align the binary, UI, npm parser, manifest and registry entry at 1.0.0-beta.3.
• Set the runtime floor to Tabularis 0.25.1-5, the next planned compatible nightly. Recheck the counter before tagging.
• Document the compatibility floor, guarded SQL templates and explicit row-limit preservation.

Validation

• 218 Rust unit tests, 3 conformance tests and 29 live SQL Server tests passed.
• EXPLAIN parser and connection UI typecheck/tests/build passed.
• cargo fmt --check, Clippy -D warnings and Markdown lint passed.
• Version and runtime-floor alignment checked across package metadata.

Publication prerequisites

• Merge Tabularis #818 and ensure its merge commit passes CI before the target nightly is built.
• Register optional capabilities.table_query_templates in the live Tabularium driver schema before registry rollout; no registry admin credentials are configured in this session.
