Test Case Idea for Saving

It might be a good idea to have some sort of test case that makes sure outputs are saving correctly. An idea for this would be to run a test experiment and then have the test make sure it has the correct amount of output in the save file.

we can use: with open("../output/results.txt", "a") as results: and results.write() to save the results, just wondering how can we check if we saved results successfully?

@Lancasterwu @huangs1 I think that this something we should try & brainstorm ideas for the next time we meet. I will try and think of some things for this when I have time and add my thoughts in the Issue Tracker, feel free to do the same.
