B11: tracked defaults for every session — effortLevel xhigh (the model key already names opus) and awaySummaryEnabled true, the one-line recap when returning to a terminal after being away. Stacked behind the vendored-tree removal so the two land in order.

Tracked user-level Claude Code defaults:

Both are documented settings (settings-reference);modelSettingsper-model entries, if any exist in the live file, would take precedence overeffortLevel, and the live file currently has none. Reaches the machine on the next./setup.sh dotfiles.
