• Adds an MIT LICENSE (Copyright (c) 2026 Kelly Ford), and a Licence section in the README linking it. PRIVACY.md already calls the app free and open source.
• The requirements are now macOS 27 or later on Apple silicon with Apple Intelligence on, and Windows 11 version 24H2 or later on a Copilot+ PC, in the README, the user guide and the v0.2.0 release notes (Kelly, 14 Oct: these are the base requirements). The older-version notes (macOS 15 browsing, Windows 10, captions needing macOS 27) are gone. Each still says the app browses without the AI.
• windows/README: Read Text in Image works on any Windows 11 PC.

The apps' own minimums (macOS 15 in project.yml, 10.0.19041 in the Windows manifests) are unchanged, so the installers already built stay valid.
