2. Summary of Changes

• Added a focus efficiency ratio calculator in src/lib/focus/efficiency-ratio.ts.
• Calculates efficiency based on planned focus time and actual time spent.
• Applies a 2-point penalty for each pause beyond the first.
• Classifies results into optimal, adequate, under-target, and abandoned score bands.
• Added unit tests covering efficiency calculation, pause penalties, score bands, and invalid durations.

• npx tsc --noEmit — TypeScript check passed.
• npm test — Full test matrix not verified.
• npm test -- focus-efficiency-ratio — Targeted test suite passed.
• node scratch/secret-scan.mjs
• npm run build

Local validation performed: targeted efficiency-ratio tests passed (8 tests), and npm run typecheck completed successfully.
