Reviewed the exact promotion head. Confirmed the repository-owned dev-only release gate, unreleased v0.1.1 target, least-privilege and immutable-pinned store workflows, and the explicit ephemeral-token tag push. All required direct-head CI checks, including the iOS unsigned build, passed.
