Closed: this separate fork PR was opened using the wrong workflow. Rust fork commits are published append-only on the existing fork branch and reviewed with their consumers and gitlink in the ToyOS PR, as in ToyOS rust-lang#1080, rust-lang#988 and rust-lang#972. The one-line std change belongs to ToyOS #1152, pinned at aa0d9be2c2b2b04fc51ad966a4a5d8ba137c589e. This PR is closed without merging.

ToyOS now resolves every filesystem path through its userland capability namespace. Remove std's reexport of the deleted is_served predicate; chdir and read_image remain available.

Companion to ToyOS storage consolidation #1152. Land it together with the ToyOS SDK change that removes the predicate; the ToyOS branch pins this exact commit (aa0d9be2c2b2b04fc51ad966a4a5d8ba137c589e). No shared checkout was switched and the fork branch is append-only.

Validation: the paired ToyOS x86-64 sysroot and guest images built successfully. Rust filesystem, executable loading, descriptor and process tests have run on both physical benches. Full ToyOS host checks passed at the integrated storage checkpoint. The parent consolidation remains a draft while its storage reclamation and final validation are completed; this PR does not claim those broader issues are resolved.

All ToyOS filesystem paths now use the process namespace in userland. Remove the platform dispatch reexport of the deleted kernel-versus-served routing predicate.
