Link StackingSats to hosted BRK explorer

Summary

• Add an “Explore BRK Data” action to StackingSats, linking to BRK's hosted Bitview explorer.
• Keep the archived StackingSats site and source-code actions. Clarify that Bitview is separate from the library's pinned historical parquet and does not feed the archive.
• Cite Bitview alongside the pinned BRK artifact in the source map.

Validation

• Bitview returned HTTPS 200; the BRK monorepo identifies it as the official hosted instance.
