Metadata/anchor regressions failed before implementation; the focus guard separately failed before the contrast fix. All four tests pass. Exact-head CI for

556521f129ca29bd5805bb8e8c03353d3a5dd393was checked in a real local browser using supplied HTML. Keyboard focus computed to a 3px solid white ring on the hero and dark ring on light cards. Updated desktop 1440×1000 and mobile 390×844 captures had no horizontal overflow. These are offline set_content captures, not a deployed site. Review finding fixed, explained and resolved.Intentional publishing boundary
