Refresh the v0.4.0 release evidence for application source
469c612, including merged ACP repair #436 and Code Review journeys #440/#441. Preserve the failed first rehearsal, the successful older rc.2 rehearsal, and the remaining signing, packaged acceptance, updater and downloaded-asset verification gates. No release is published by this PR.Validation:
pnpm build && pnpm testpassed. This changes documentation only; the unchanged application and E2E tree passed protected queue run 40967999188 with 478 desktop passes, four skips and seven site passes. Hosted checks on this signed commit passed. Human and live-runtime issue acceptance gates remain open.Hosted validation attempt 1: iPhone checks passed 43 tests with zero failures. macOS desktop E2E finished with 477 passes, four skips and one failure: the graphite Markdown keyboard test kept table scrollLeft at zero after its first ArrowRight despite passing focus and overflow checks. Site tests did not run. The first-failure log and trace archive are preserved. Five unchanged local graphite repetitions passed (35.6 seconds); this does not establish the hosted failure cause. The one controlled failed-job retry, attempt 2 of CI run 40973937602, passed on the unchanged head with 478 desktop passes, four skips and seven site passes; transcript median was 257.8 ms against the 500 ms limit. No assertion or application changes were made. The first failure remains unexplained.
