v0.4.1 is a patch release of the CF-7 close-out follow-ups (#450). This bumps the desktop version to 0.4.1, adds the release review with the local ad-hoc rehearsal, and marks the candidate in docs/status.md. The Companion stays at 0.4.0 (9). The packaged rehearsal's one failure, an unexplained stray character in a relaunched composer draft, passed ten unchanged repetitions and is recorded, not cleared. Records the signed v0.4.1 rehearsal and its remaining release gates. Release preparation #452 has merged as

04a5f7d78f9de348b5f9e894697b363cf340ddfapassed all seven jobs in run 41102241411: packaged macOS 479 passed, 4 skipped; website 7 passed; three native updater scenarios; Windows and Linux native checks; verified artifact attachment. Downloaded installer hashes, macOS signatures, Gatekeeper and stapler checks passed. The exact signed build also passed all five local Code Review accessibility cases.The landed #452 tree exactly matches the signed rehearsal tree. Its protected queue passed 479 desktop tests and 7 website tests, with a transcript median of 353.6 ms against the 500 ms limit. This follow-up changes only the release review and status documentation.
The review preserves the historical draft-restoration failure and two ad-hoc Keychain stalls, and keeps installer/account, KWallet6, graphical-session and historical-migration limits explicit. The RC draft and tag were removed after its assets and receipts were archived and verified. Final release artifacts still require their own workflow and independent verification before publication.
