docs: reconcile the CF-8 receipt with the C1-C5 deferral (#281) - #474

Records Val's written 2026-10-30 deferral of Markdown rows C1-C5 (#444, #449) in the matrix and the open-rows table, notes that #450, #453 and #463 landed after candidate b643617, and replaces the vanished /tmp/modex-voiceover-b643617 launch with a fresh seed on b643617. Docs only, for #281. This brings the CF-8 acceptance receipt up to date with what

pnpm install --frozen-lockfile && pnpm buildpassed.pnpm teststopped in the worktree-script suite: tworemove completes the real CLI archive flowcases hit their timeouts while other sessions held the machine at load average 118–138. The code tree here is identical to #473's (both are0a8c513plus Markdown). On #473, the same suite passed 120/120, and the timing failures in the other packages all passed when re-run in isolation.
