Resolve the docs/status.md conflict between #467 and main while preserving the Claude account feature and security repair notes. Relative to the reviewed Claude head 17c83be, only the landing dates for #463 and #464 change to October 31 UTC.
Validation: frozen install, build and full unit suite exited 0; 2,298 tests passed and 26 skipped. Independent review found no issues. Application and test files are identical to the parent Claude head, whose hosted run passed 482 desktop E2E tests with 4 skips and 7 site tests. No additional E2E run was performed for this two-line documentation integration.
This PR targets claude-accounts to unblock #467. Live provider and human acceptance remain open.
Superseded: #467 independently integrated main in signed commit 542cbe0. A merge-tree check applying this PR head to that commit produces the identical tree cd5cd0ebff26b95f95e527214561c1242d1529be, so this PR adds no remaining change. Closing this duplicate integration does not claim #467 is merged or accepted.
