Correct two summaries in #483 that describe the remaining Code Review work as acceptance only or all waiting on Val. The revised text retains the CR-7 sign-out/draft regression, CR-4 through CR-7 accessibility coverage, composer-clearance verification, and C58/C59 omissions alongside the separate human, reference and live acceptance decisions.

This changes only two documentation paragraphs and originally targeted issue-checkbox-sync. No checkboxes, capabilities or human results change. Independent review confirmed the correction resolves the finding without introducing new inaccuracies. Build and full unit validation passed: 2,277 passes, 26 skips and zero failures or cancellations. Application and test files are unchanged from #483, so no additional E2E run is needed for this wording correction.

Parent #483 has merged, and GitHub retargeted this PR to main. The two documentation corrections now conflict with the landed parent. A patch reapplying only those corrections to main 66d00318fe08d701067102033b1b9a741ac151ec has been prepared and checked for clean application, but is not committed. The validation above belongs to the existing PR head and original parent base; the repaired revision still needs required checks.

Every checkbox in the open CF, CR and LM tracked issues was checked
against main at 9ecccc9. 112 boxes whose full text is met by on-main
evidence were ticked on GitHub; open PRs, deferrals, borderline rows
and unrun human, live or native rows stay unticked, and none was
unticked. The row-by-row evidence is a new review record, status.md
gains an "Open issue checklists" table with each issue's ticked count
and next action, and AGENTS.md states the ticking rule.

The CF-7 verification plan said step-to-check linking stayed open; Val
retired it on 2026-10-23. The worktree-hygiene plan's landing box was
unticked though #171 landed. local-models.md placed LM-5 slice 1 on a
branch; it is on main through #423. code-review.md still said nothing
had shipped; CR-1 to CR-7 are on main and in v0.4.0 behind the
modex.codeReview switch. The CF, CR and LM docs now point at the
status checklist table.

Superseded by #490, which carries this work and merged to main as a4f2f70. Closing at Val's request; the branch stays, so this can be reopened.
