.ico to .png causes memory leak

When converting an .ico file to a .png, the memory consumtion of that Tab just keeps growing and growing, tested in both Firefox and Edge with different .ico files.
Tested on the official mirror

^^ yup been fixed in nightly, only closing the issue when I eventually merge all the updates from it into main

my bad, i probably should've commented on all the issues that i've already fixed in nightly
