The grlc instance at aopwiki-api.cloud.vhp4safety.nl returns a GitHub BadCredentials error, so the service page links to a broken API. The same queries are served from aopwiki.api.bigcat-bioinformatics.org on the Strato cluster, and this points the service JSON there. CI will regenerate the .md, tools.tsv and cap index.
