Improve startup identity checks and prepare internal one-time device pairing on the current task-bridge baseline.

On macOS, disabled startup entries are rejected before kickstart, all managed/login/loaded executable paths must agree, and a loaded definition without a positive PID no longer counts as running. Activity diagnostics distinguish helper, sampling, and permission failures.

Add internal expiring, device-bound, single-use pairing invitations using private hashed storage, with persistence-failure rollback and revocation. This is a service foundation only: it does not add a public pairing endpoint, relay, or an independent control UI.

The existing installer recovery and file-ownership behavior was audited instead of importing the obsolete installer from draft #2. Native diagnostic code already present on main is retained. Remaining PR #2 signing and expired-session UI work is documented separately.

Validation: Windows Go tests and race tests passed (1,320 test events including subtests; 10 skips), as did vet/build. Targeted fixtures reproduce and fix conflicting executable definitions. Native macOS launchd/TCC, Swift execution, publisher signing/notarization and live desktop operation remain pending.
