AGENTS.md本层硬约束增加一条：大的架构变化必须在同一变更集更新根README.md。适用：新顶级目录、知识生命周期、
extensions/shared-extensions边界、评测/观察元目录等。README 仍是目录约定与系统结构的唯一说明；本条只规定必须同 PR 一起改。peng cheng 纠正后已撤回「把 Edges 当持久外脑 / 对话记忆只作次级提醒」——那条只住在 Grok Bot 共享记忆，不进仓库。
CHANGELOG.md[Unreleased]→ Changed 只记架构变化须同步 README。
