[BUG] Quick Settings Tile is greyed out after restart of smartphone

Steps To Reproduce

1. Add Quick Settings tile
2. Restart Smartphone

Expected behavior

The Quick Settings tile is not greyed out and opens the list of shortcuts on click. This works even if the smartphone is locked.

Actual behavior

The Quick Settings tile is greyed out. On click nothing happens. On long click the app opens, but only after unlocking the smartphone.

Workaround: Remove quick settings tile and re-add via app.

Thanks for the bug report. I'm honestly not sure how much control I have over this behavior. I was not able to reproduce it on my test device, so this might be specific to the device or Android version. I made some tweaks now to when and how the quick settings tile is updated, but I don't know if that will actually fix this problem in particular. The changes will be included in the next version, so we'll see then.
