+- **便携版任务栏图标**：启动器存根现在内嵌图标资源，快捷方式图标优先使用 Codex 自带图标，升级到 0.5.12 新布局后任务栏不再显示白色图标（#438）。
+  Embed an icon in the portable launcher stub and prefer the Codex icon for shortcuts, so the taskbar no longer shows a blank icon after the 0.5.12 layout change (#438).
+- **快捷方式写入幂等**：Manager 每次启动不再无故重写快捷方式，内容一致时不写盘，并保留用户自定义的启动参数。
