Summary

Refs #79.

• Add Comware 7 exact-prefix BGP route, ping, and traceroute built-ins for both address families and named VPN instances.
• Parse documented multi-path detail output; retain unsupported and incomplete replies as text.
• Register the standard traceroute parser and document platform-specific limits.
• Add attributed command-reference fixtures and an isolated VSR1000/GoBGP topology.

Verification

• Backend suite: 973 passed.
• New Comware tests: 33 passed.
• Ruff passes on changed Python modules. New files formatted with Black and isort.

Acceptance remaining

No VSR1000 image is available. Fixtures are normalized vendor-reference excerpts, not live captures. Boot validation and captures remain pending.

The documented Comware 7 command supports configured AS-path ACLs and community lists, not arbitrary search expressions or community values. Those queries require custom directives; the feature does not advertise unsupported built-ins. Issue #79 remains open for live acceptance.
