Summary

Refs #78.

• Add OcNOS IPv4/IPv6 route and AS-path commands, IPv4 standard-community searches, bounded ping, and traceroute.
• Add named-VRF diagnostics and privileged-mode entry through Netmiko.
• Parse detailed BGP routes and numbered traceroutes. Preserve unsupported responses as text.
• Add attributed reference fixtures and an optional isolated GoBGP/OcNOS lab.

Verification

• Backend: 965 tests pass, including 25 OcNOS tests.
• Lab YAML and TOML parse; git diff --check passes.
• New Python files pass Ruff. ssh_netmiko.py retains its existing C901 finding in collect; this change adds none.

Acceptance remaining

No OcNOS image is available for AMD boot validation or live captures. Fixtures are vendor-reference excerpts, not device captures.

BGP VRF forms, IPv6 community filters, and structured AS-path/community summaries remain pending. Named-VRF devices offer diagnostics only. AS-path and community results stay text. Issue #78 remains open.
