Release 1.1.28 (versionCode 31): adopt core 2.58.1

Summary

Prepare Android 1.1.28 (versionCode 31) with the shared core 2.58.1: desktop 2.58.0 plus the phone fix for #88.

• The "Vault settings differ from the cloud" dialog fits the screen: only its list scrolls, and its buttons wrap and stay reachable, so a Cloud settings conflict can be resolved (#88, from @uNyanda).
• From core 2.57.0 (not shipped on Android yet): list items and tasks with indented details fold in Edit and Read (discussion #848); callouts support collapsed - and expanded + markers (discussion #853); Atlas spacing, note-open focus, unsaved-note retention during refreshes and the shell snapshot's folderName.
• Bumps Gradle, npm/lockfile and the bridge's version fallback together (unchanged from the earlier commit).

Adopted with npm run core:adopt from draft core-2.58.1-core.h87d94b8810f1f1d1, built by workflow 36608508089.

• Source: 178fab2b7c8ea6f090ae693827170b71aa80c8e9 on ZenNotes/zennotes main (PR #876), clean tree: the desktop 2.58.0 release plus the Vault Settings Conflict View Does Not Fit Within the Screen  #88 fix, with the three core packages at 2.58.1.
• App-core: 2.58.1-core.h87d94b8810f1f1d1; bridge-contract and shared-domain: 2.58.1-boundaries.heab3fee5cb1fe45a.
• All three archives passed SHA-256, SHA-512 and packed-version/provenance checks. The files are vendored, so a clean checkout needs no authenticated release download.
• iOS adopts the identical manifest and archives for 1.15.0 (30) in ZenNotes/zennotesios#34.

• CI on this head.

Not exercised on a physical Android device or with a live Cloud conflict (the dialog needs two diverging devices); #86 (scroll jitter) did not reproduce on desktop and still needs a device run.
