Pin the clean CI-built artifacts from 4c74b478148a68adc8d77cc5c0d54a46ab469342. Verify archive checksums, package provenance, public exports, and singleton dependencies without dirty-build overrides.
Fingerprint and transfer large files without base64 bodies in the WebView. Verify staged downloads, preserve local conflict bytes, pause on interrupted filesystem recovery, and keep failed keep-both decisions safe to retry. Bind retries and publication to the original account lifetime.

…oud streaming core main carries core 2.60.1 (ZenNotes/zennotes #884, bounded native Cloud sync) and the native streaming host for it (#93). Core 2.60.3 (core-2.60.3-core.h44232ae9fc126112, built from ZenNotes/zennotes e5e34f84 on v2.61.0) is that core plus the two phone fixes 1.1.30 was prepared with: folder pickers that open without the keyboard over their list (0c3071a6) and heading links that land, including Markdown #heading forms (a6d0997a). The native-bridge test that no response groups large attachments, which failed on this core without #93, passes here. tooling/adopt-core.mjs verified all three archives against SHA-256, SHA-512, packed versions and clean-source provenance; the lockfile is main's with only the root pins and the @ZenNotes entries swapped, and npm ci accepts it. Boundaries, typecheck, 203 tests and zero production vulnerabilities passed.
