The browser bundle is the published `web-2.60.0-web.h5a4dd1242cf8c2c0` artifact, built from the desktop 2.60.0 release commit `15829394` with a clean tree; the manifest here is that release's manifest byte for byte, so prepare-web verifies the archive against it. It moves the web client from 2.56.0 to 2.60.0: the 2.57.0 to 2.60.0 client work (list folding, foldable callouts, split scroll sync, the find bar, Atlas placement, and note switches that no longer recount every backlink in a large vault, ZenNotes #880). The web bridge and the routes it calls are unchanged since 2.56.0, so no server change is needed. release.json moves to 2.60.0. The Go vendor hash is unchanged because no Go dependency moved. Verified with Go alone: prepare-web from the manifest URL, vet, the package tests, the embedded bundle test, and an embedded build reporting v2.60.0. A standalone run on a scratch vault served index.html with one bundled module script, logged in with a token, reported the scratch vault root, listed and read notes with their wikilinks; the published 2.56.0 binary then read the same vault, and 2.60.0 read it again afterwards.
