Use batch insert and dictionary fetches to handle large sets without materializing managed objects. Add coverage for replacing and round-tripping 100,000 values.
Index canonical encoded values for constant-shape lookups. Cover present and missing values across 100,000 records.
Use decoded equality for stores without encoding metadata. Mark stores current after set or clear and cover Version1 SQLite.
