A short plain-text file at the site root that points to the generated API index on docs.circuitpython.org, the Learn index, board pages and library bundles, with a few mistakes agents commonly make and a docs link for each.

Add an llms.txt at the site root, so coding agents have one place to start: https://circuitpython.org/llms.txt.
It links out rather than listing modules (the API index from the docs build, adafruit/circuitpython#11462, the Learn index, board pages, library bundles and adafruit/LLM-Recipes), and has a short list of mistakes agents commonly make, each with a docs link.
The API index link returns 404 until the docs PR is merged.
