Explore builds read Dozehound's one repo (tvos/, firetv/) - #115

Dozehound became one repo (addisdev/dozehound) on 2026-10-24 and its per-platform repos were archived, so nightly-builds.sh kept fetching dozehound-tvos and dozehound-firetv clones that no longer move, and built at their roots. Both apps now build from one checkout, ~/explore/builds/dozehound, in tvos/ and firetv/, fetched once per run. The app names the brain keys builds by are unchanged. The build is develop-<sha> of the last commit that touched the folder, so a backend-only commit is a republish, not a rebuild. Build and fetch logs stay at ~/explore/builds/<app>.*.log. Dozehound became one repo (
addisdev/dozehound) on 2026-10-24 anddozehound-tvos/dozehound-firetvwere archived.collector/deploy/explore/nightly-builds.shkept fetching ultra's clones of those archived repos (~/explore/builds/dozehound-{tvos,firetv}) and building at their roots, so every night republished a frozen build.~/explore/builds/dozehound, intvos/andfiretv/. It is fetched and reset once per run, even when both apps are named.dozehound-tvos,dozehound-firetv), because the brain and the TV night key builds by them.develop-<sha>of the last commit that touched the app's folder, so a backend-only commit is a republish, not a rebuild. GreenFolio keepsHEAD.~/explore/builds/<app>.{fetch,build}.log, outside the checkout.docs/deploy/explore-on-ultra.mdandCHANGELOG.md[Unreleased] updated.Tested on the laptop, not on ultra:
hmap preflight ultrasays HOLD (disk under its floor), so no real tvOS build ran there. The laptop run used a shared clone of the repo, a stand-in brain on loopback and a stubbedxcodebuild. It built intvos/with the loopback-onlySecrets.xcconfigand uploadeddozehound-tvos/tvos/develop-a2fd3f72f9(the last commit touchingtvos/). A second run republished it as unchanged, and a missing checkout was reported and skipped. The real build runs in tonight'sfleet-explore-builds.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
