   Hello,

   Did you get an error while cloning without the --recursive flag? Because you shouldn't need it. All dependencies but one are optional and are cloned only when required by cmake during the configuration pass. See the dependencies section of the readme:

   You don't have to clone recursively, download nor install any of them: the cmake build system is made to do that for you automatically for each dependency that is not already found on your system.
