feat: offer Ollama and OpenCode in the tools step - #131

Conversation
An Agent with a GPU is offered Ollama even when the Client lacks it, since models run there. Ollama's installer sets up a system service, so it runs with sudo in the terminal. OpenCode installs without editing startup files, and ~/.opencode/bin joins the PATH Slingshot sets. A new tool name changes AgentTools, so control::VERSION is now 14.
Usage lists both tools and the new PATH folder, and the roadmap records what was tested.

Closes #38. Part of #60.
Tested on archbox: slingshot tools found both already installed. An actual install is covered by unit tests only.
