fix: no interrupted notice after Ctrl C - #132

Conversation
A run stopped with Ctrl C ends with exit code 130, which the menu bar told as a dropped connection or a restart. Stopping is something the person just did, so it is no longer told.
The menu bar notifies only when a job is cut off by a lost connection or a restart.

Part of #27.
A run stopped with Ctrl C (exit 130) was told as a dropped connection. It now sends nothing, like slingshot stop.
Tested with the menu bar helper on archbox: Ctrl C sent no notice, a killed connection sent the interrupted notice.
